As part of SEAMARCO’s annual tradition of nurturing fresh talent, Session I of the 2025 Eagle Training Camp, lasting for a week, has officially started! In this season filled with hope, eager newcomers from various offices have gathered in Ningbo, embarking on a series of training courses that cover the fundamentals of freight forwarding, operational processes, and company policies. This training camp marks the first step for these aspiring individuals as they step out of the classroom and into the professional world. It helps them gain a deeper, more specialized understanding of the industry they’re entering, while also allowing them to clearly define their future career paths. Success doesn’t come all at once—without taking small steps, one cannot achieve greatness. There is no immediate triumph, only the eventual victory born from consistent effort. We hope that under the guidance of SEAMARCO’s mentors, these young talents will grow strong and thrive.

          After the training sessions, to express our gratitude to the instructors for their hard work and to welcome our new members, a tea gathering was held in our meeting room. During the event, we not only shared our culture and vision but also engaged in various fun icebreaker games, such as “Truth and Lie” and “Missing Person,” which sparked laughter and helped build a stronger connection between everyone. The newcomers introduced themselves, sharing their interests and dreams for the future. With delicious snacks and relaxed conversations, the meeting room was filled with a warm, joyful atmosphere. Each person has a unique story and talent, and we are truly honored to work alongside all of you. The power of teamwork is immense, and we look forward to creating even more successes together in the days ahead.
