The 2024 Annual Work Summary Meeting of Ningbo Seamarco International Logistics Co., Ltd was held on February 21 at the Huagang Bund Hotel in Ningbo. Representatives from Seamarco’s headquarters, project team leaders from various offices, outstanding employees, and shareholders attended the meeting. Department heads took the stage to present detailed reports, showcasing the achievements of the past year with solid data and clear insights, while analyzing the challenges faced. Behind each number lies the hard work and dedication of the team; every shared experience reflects the collective wisdom of the group.
Following the summary meeting, attendees were randomly divided into five small groups for a productive brainstorming session. During the meeting, each group actively exchanged views on existing challenges, needs, and suggestions. They selected the most urgent issues from a list of problems to address. In analyzing these issues, everyone, based on their individual roles, offered their perspectives, highlighting the challenges and shortcomings in the work process. They also proposed practical suggestions for future actions and listed the problems and solutions on whiteboards, sharing and displaying them in group formats.
Brainstorming not only encouraged individual suggestions but also fostered collective insight. The groups exchanged topics and presented their own viewpoints without repeating each other’s ideas.
After more than an hour of intense brainstorming, the team carefully organized the problems and solutions. The issues and answers came to life on the paper, providing a clearer understanding of Seamarco's current situation and offering valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
On the afternoon of February 22, Seamarco International held the 2025 Work Plan Meeting and Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony at the Indigo Hotel. All employees gathered to collectively look ahead to the future. Leaders from each department and office presented their work plans for 2025.
Regarding the work for 2025, both Mr.Wang and Mr.Shen outlined new development requirements for Seamarco in the coming year. 2025 promises to be a challenging year, and they expressed hope that the team would approach it with a positive attitude, united as one, to achieve the set goals and demonstrate the resilience and intelligence of Seamarco people.
The moment of glory during the awards ceremony not only served as high recognition for the efforts of the awardees but also reflected the eager anticipation for future development. The examples set by these individuals will shine as beacons. In the new year, more Seamarco team members will undoubtedly join the ranks of excellence, striving toward greatness and gathering immense strength in their commitment to work, action, and growth.
As the night falls and the lights shine brightly, Seamarco people come together in celebration. After the speeches by the host and Mr./Miss Wang, the evening banquet officially begins.
At the banquet, a variety of exciting performances unfolded. Fun and engaging games, along with thrilling lottery draws, took place throughout the evening, creating one climax after another. Every moment was gripping, pushing the atmosphere to new heights, and witnesses to the warmth and vitality of the Seamarco family.
In the festive atmosphere of the evening, everyone raised their glasses and shared toasts, discussing the future with anticipation.
