In this busy and challenging year, Seamarco's team members finally embarked on their long-awaited annual trip! The first batch of 24 team members set off for a 4-day, 3-night journey to Yanji and Changbai Mountain.
DAY 1: First Day of the Journey
We flew directly to Chaoyangchuan Airport, then traveled by car towards Yanji, taking in the scenic beauty along the way. As night fell, we visited the famous bullet screen wall at Yanbian University, officially marking the start of our Yanji-Changbai Mountain adventure.
No matter where we go, the local cuisine is always the most enticing. The aroma of roasted meat, the tender and juicy skewers, and the steaming hot meat soup—each bite was an exquisite tease for our taste buds.
DAY 2: Second Day of the Journey
We experienced the Magic River Drift of Changbai Mountain, floating downstream in inflatable boats. Surrounded by towering green mountains and clear water, the river's pace varied from calm to swift.
The snow-covered Old Lirik Lake beckoned us for a hike through the snowy forest. With every step in the snow, we heard the crisp crunching sound underfoot, and our breath formed white mist in the cold air. The serenity and purity here were refreshing, as if we had entered a fairy tale world of snow. After a short rest, we took a ride on the horse-drawn sleigh, reluctantly bidding farewell to the enchanting snow village. The beauty was overwhelming. The team couldn’t help but remark, "The most beautiful scenery always belongs to those who walk side by side."
DAY 3: Third Day of the Journey
On the third day, we finally arrived at the awe-inspiring Changbai Mountain, a treasure of Northeast China, known for its majestic natural beauty and profound cultural heritage that attracts countless visitors.
We all reached the North Slope Observation Deck, where the view left us speechless. Tianchi, resembling a massive piece of jade dropped from the heavens, was nestled amidst the surrounding mountains. The steep and rugged peaks, combined with the snow and the lake, created a scene more beautiful than any earthly paradise.
Descending from Tianchi, we headed to the Julong Hot Springs. Even before approaching, we could smell the faint scent of sulfur in the air. Among the hot springs, the "Boiled Egg Pool" was the most famous. The Changbai Mountain waterfalls also left a deep impression. Water cascaded down the cliff like a reversed Milky Way, magnificent and powerful.
DAY 4: Fourth Day of the Journey
Tumen is the eastern gateway of China, marked by the 86th boundary monument, a symbol of our national border, solemn and dignified. Upon arrival, we ascended to the Sunlight Mountain Observation Deck. From the summit, we looked out at the Tumen River winding through the land, with the foreign scenery of South Nampo in North Korea visible on the opposite shore. With one foot in two countries, we felt the strength and prosperity of our great nation.
The Chinese Chaoxianzu (Korean) Folk-custom Garden is rich in cultural heritage and unique folk customs, featuring traditional Korean houses, clothing, songs, dances, and delicious food.
The 2025 Seamarco Spring Tour to Yanji and Changbai Mountain came to a perfect end amidst laughter and joy. It was a tribute to the hard work of Seamarco’s family members in the past year and a hopeful look toward the future. Upon returning from the trip, we quickly adjusted to the work rhythm and enthusiastically dived into the new work cycle, tirelessly striving for the next set of goals! With the spirit of the times and the needs of the market, we remain trustworthy and live up to all expectations!
